Changed your mind?
We will fully refund or gladly exchange the items in their original condition (not worn nor washed), with the original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Note that we do not offer refunds for final sales. The original receipt is required. The refund is made in the original payment method.
Please indicate on your original invoice if you would like to return or exchange your Adelia bra. Also, state the reason for the return and/or what you would like in exchange. Return to Adelia within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund or exchange. Please allow up to two weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.

The return package must include:
- The original receipt with the reason for the return and/or what you would like in exchange.
- The item returned or exchanged in their original condition (not worn nor washed), with the original tags and packaging.
- We strongly recommend that your package is insured and shipped by a method with a tracking number. Adelia is not responsible for lost items.
- Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Adelia and Adelia will pay return shipping back to the customer if the product is replaced or exchanged.
- Adelia will not provide a refund or exchange on damaged items due to improper care.
- Adelia takes great pride in the quality and condition of every item sold. In the rare instance that a manufacturing defect does occur, all returns will be subjected to Adelia's Quality Assurance. If the product is agreed to be defective, because of a manufacturer's defect, Adelia will repair or replace the product at no charge.
- Returns and exchanges can only be made if the original order was placed through www.shopadelia.com.
- Adelia is the manufacturer of Adelia products. If you purchased your Adelia items from one of our retailers, all exchanges and returns will need to be conducted through the original place of purchase.
